Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and I appreciate how important your appointment is to you. I fully understand that sometimes it may be necessary to rearrange or cancel, but I respectfully ask for at least 48hrs notice. 

Please understand that when you cancel or rearrange an appointment without enough notice or forget to turn up, I miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive a treatment.

Cancellation within 24hours of the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the treatment amount

Cancellation within 48hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment amount.

"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the treatment amount and will be expected to pay 50% of their next treatment up front.
